Payment Guide Policy

At Goodwill Meds Shop, we provide secure and transparent payment options for eligible orders. Customers may be able to pay using Bitcoin or bank transfer, subject to order verification, applicable pharmacy requirements, and payment availability.

Payment confirms your intention to complete an eligible order. It does not guarantee that a medicine will be dispensed or shipped. All orders remain subject to applicable prescription, pharmacist, regulatory, product, and destination-country requirements.

1. Available Payment Methods

Depending on your location and order, we may offer:

  • Bitcoin (BTC)
  • Bank Transfer

The payment methods available for a particular order will be confirmed by our customer support or pharmacy team.

2. Bitcoin Payments

Where Bitcoin is available, customers will receive the payment amount and the designated Bitcoin payment details through our official communication channels.

Before sending Bitcoin, please carefully verify:

  • The total amount requested
  • The Bitcoin wallet address
  • The payment reference/order number where applicable
  • The network being used
  • Any applicable payment instructions

Important

Always verify the Bitcoin payment address before sending funds.

Bitcoin transactions are generally irreversible. Once a transaction has been confirmed, we may not be able to recover funds sent to an incorrect or unauthorised address.

Goodwill Meds Shop will not ask customers to send Bitcoin to a different wallet address through an unverified third party.

3. Bitcoin Payment Confirmation

Bitcoin payments may require blockchain confirmations before an order can be marked as paid.

Processing time can vary depending on:

  • Network conditions
  • Transaction fees
  • Blockchain confirmation times
  • Payment-processing procedures

An order will not be considered fully paid until the required amount has been received and verified.

4. Bank Transfer

Where bank transfer is available, customers will receive the appropriate payment details from our official customer support or pharmacy team.

Please ensure that:

  • The beneficiary details are entered correctly.
  • The correct payment amount is transferred.
  • Your order number/reference is included where requested.
  • You retain your bank-transfer confirmation until the order has been completed.

Bank transfers can take different amounts of time to appear in our account depending on the sending bank, receiving bank, country, currency, weekends, and banking holidays.

5. Payment Verification

All payments are subject to verification.

We may need to verify:

  • Order information
  • Customer information
  • Payment status
  • Prescription requirements
  • Product eligibility
  • Delivery destination
  • Applicable regulatory requirements

We may delay, decline, or cancel an order where the required verification cannot be completed or where supplying the order would not comply with applicable requirements.

6. Currency & Exchange Rates

Where an order is displayed in GBP or another supported currency, the final amount due will be confirmed at the time of payment.

For Bitcoin payments, the BTC equivalent may change according to the applicable exchange rate.

Customers should use the exact Bitcoin amount communicated for their order rather than relying on an independently calculated conversion.

Bank-transfer customers should ensure that the amount received by us corresponds to the amount stated on the order.

7. Underpayments and Overpayments

If the amount received is different from the amount required, our team may contact the customer to clarify the payment.

Underpayment

An order may remain pending until the outstanding amount has been resolved and verified.

Overpayment

Where an overpayment occurs, the appropriate resolution will be determined according to our refund procedures, payment method, applicable law, and any associated processing costs.

8. Payment Security

Goodwill Meds Shop will never ask customers to disclose:

  • Online banking passwords
  • Bank login credentials
  • Bitcoin wallet seed phrases
  • Private keys
  • Cryptocurrency wallet passwords
  • Two-factor authentication codes

Never provide these details to anyone claiming to represent our company.

If you receive unexpected payment instructions or believe payment information may have been compromised, contact our official customer support team before making a payment.

9. Third-Party Payments

Customers should make payments only through the payment instructions provided through our official channels.

We do not authorise unofficial intermediaries to collect payments on our behalf unless expressly identified and verified by Goodwill Meds Shop.

Customers should not send payment to an individual or third-party wallet based solely on a message received from an unknown account.

10. Refunds

If a refund is approved, the available refund method will depend on:

  • The original payment method
  • Applicable banking or payment-provider requirements
  • The nature of the transaction
  • Applicable pharmacy and consumer-protection law

For Bitcoin transactions, cryptocurrency refunds may be affected by exchange-rate fluctuations between the original transaction and the refund.

Where a bank-transfer refund is appropriate, customers may be asked to provide verified banking information necessary to process the refund.

We will never request a customer’s banking password, PIN, private key, or wallet seed phrase to process a refund.

11. Orders That Cannot Be Supplied

Payment does not guarantee dispensing or delivery.

If an order cannot legally, clinically, or operationally be supplied after payment has been received, we will review the appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.

For prescription and regulated medicines, pharmacist and regulatory requirements must always take priority over payment status.

12. International Orders

Customers in Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, and other international destinations may have different payment, banking, tax, pharmacy, medicines, customs, and consumer-protection requirements.

International customers remain responsible for complying with applicable requirements in their jurisdiction.

Payment does not transfer responsibility for complying with local medicine-importation or prescription laws.

13. Fraud Prevention

To protect customers and our business, we may conduct additional checks where a transaction appears unusual or cannot be adequately verified.

An order may be placed on hold while verification is completed.

We will never ask customers to pay an additional fee solely to “unlock,” “release,” “insure,” or “guarantee” a cryptocurrency transaction through an unofficial wallet or third party.

Any legitimate additional charge must be clearly explained and supported by the applicable order or service terms.

14. Payment Support

If you experience a problem with payment, please contact our official customer support team and provide your order number.

For Bitcoin payments, do not send another transaction until our team has confirmed the status of the original payment.

For bank transfers, retain your transaction confirmation so that our team can investigate the payment efficiently.
